2009 proved to be a real challenge for Apple Fasteners and for many of our customers. Our country’s economy is the worst I have seen since the early 1980's. Through these tough times we were still fortunate to lower prices in our January 2009 and our July 2009 catalog. The volatility that we saw in 2007 and 2008 has subsided somewhat and we are seeing relatively stable pricing as we approach a new year.
Once again, we have reduced prices on Stainless products in this new 2010 catalog and are excited to launch several new products. Many changes surrounding the law regarding ASTM-F963, which regulates the specifications for Swing Set Builders, have forced us to discontinue certain items in our Swing Set product line. In return, we were able to introduce several new products that do meet regulations for 2010. Please look for these within the “Swing Hardware” pages of this new catalog edition.
